This exquisite and fully air-conditioned private villa is tucked away behind an electronic gate in a lush tropical setting with panoramic views of famous Magens Bay.

Blue Skies Magen's Bay is located on the North Side of St. Thomas in exclusive Estate Peterborg, a peninsula that forms Magen's Bay, on the desirable calm/less windy side. Magens Bay Beach is 1.5 miles away, less than a 5 minute drive, and can be seen from all of the villa balconies. Beautifully furnished with tropical decor, colorful art and ceramic tiles, Blue Skies Magen's Bay is a wonderful retreat for laid back vacation days, watching the sun sparkle on the turquoise-blue water.

The villa has two pavilions separated by a covered walkway and swimming pool. The entire villa is custom built to enjoy the amazing view from every room with indoor/outdoor living. The main pavilion contains the large great room with an open plan kitchen that has granite counter tops and a dining area. The great room opens out through french doors to a long covered deck for alfresco dining and relaxing. There is also a Master Suite with a full bath and walk-in closet in addition to an bonus/reading room and a half bath. The second pavillion includes the spacious Second Master Suite and the Beach Suite with full kitchen below, each with its own large covered balcony and amazing view. The entire villa is very comfortable and allows guests to have plenty of privacy.

Grounds

Blue Skies Magen's Bay enjoys spectacular breathtaking views of Magen's Bay from almost everywhere on the property. We invite you to tour this beautiful villa in our photo gallery. You enter through a secure electronic gate. The property is very private and has a large level concrete parking area that can easily fit three vehicles. The grounds are lush with many tropical trees including banana and flowering plants with a variety of beautiful bougainvillea. Several iguanas live in the tropical trees and vegetation.

Great Room

There are unforgettable views from all rooms at Blue Skies Magen's Bay, and the large great room is no exception. Open all the doors to enjoy indoor/outdoor living in paradise. The great room has plenty of comfortable seating and large screen TV. It has a high exposed beam ceiling, colorful artwork, A/C, and ceiling fans. There are four sets of french doors that open onto the pool deck and covered balcony overlooking Magens Bay.

Kitchen

The kitchen has built-in microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, granite countertops throughout and a breakfast bar with stools. It comes equiped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and mix a tropical beverage. The dining area opens onto a covered balcony through french doors. There is a gas grill and patio table with chairs for outside dining as well.

 Master Suite

The large master bedroom has a king bed and opens through french doors onto a private covered balcony overlooking Magen's Bay. The master bath has granite counter tops with his and hers sinks and walk-in closet. There is a bonus room adjoining with twin bunk beds that have comfy Beautyrest mattresses, queen sleeper sofa and and DVD library. Doors on both sides of the bonus room can be closed for privacy.

 

 

 

 

Bonus/Reading Room

The private bonus room is located between the dining area and the Master Suite and includes a television, queen sleeper sofa, book swap and DVD library. Doors on both sides can be closed for quiet and privacy. 

Second Master Suite

The large second private air-conditioned master suite with king bed is located in the second pavilion and has two sets of french doors that open onto a large covered balcony overlooking Magens Bay. For your convenience, there is a small refrigerator, coffee station, cable TV, and a full bath with tub.

 

 

 

Beach Suite/3rd Bedroom

The separate air-conditioned private Beach Suite with king bed has a complete kitchen with dining table for two and a twin sofa bed. It has cable television and opens through two sets of french doors onto a large covered balcony overlooking Magens Bay.
