Maintenance and loving care:
We care greatly about our guests comfort and the villa being in tip-top shape. Please understand with being fully booked, minor things happen here and there… meaning things get broken, repairs might be needed, etc. We act immediately on anything we find or that is brought to our attention. Parts and services on island are limited and might take a bit longer to get. We have been fortunate to find awesome people to help if needed. Still, sometimes we have to be a little patient. The property is as close to 100% awesome as we can get it. We do and are willing to continuously invest in and upgrade this newer built home. The guest manager, Beverley (on island) and owner, Shawna (off island) are available 24/7 to help in any way possible. Our hearts are in this and we feel you’ll be very happy with the home and the service. We are so very grateful for every rental and for the wonderful guests we continue to receive.
To get to the villa, you can use GPS (towards Magens Bay Beach), as well as the directions we provide and meet the house manager at the villa. Once there, the manager will show you through the villa, give you your keys, and answer any questions you may have about the villa.
Housekeeping:
All of our villas are cleaned and prepared before your arrival. A mid-week "hotel-type" cleaning is available for an additional charge of $200-400, depending on services required. Arrangements need to be made in advance for extra housekeeping services.
Car Rental:
We recommend a rental vehicle to reach our villa and to explore the island's many sights. Your stay will be much more enjoyable with a rental car. Driving is on the left. Many of the roads on St Thomas are steep but most are well paved. Your foreign or US driver's license is valid here for 90 days. Rental vehicles are available at the St Thomas Airport through major car rental agencies and should be arranged for in advance. Taxi service is available if needed.

The is a guest guide at the villa that has all the information you may need on topics such as groceries, babysitting services, driving on St Thomas, dining recommendations, nightlife, the other Virgin Islands, fun on St Thomas, and much more. The information/goods/services change continuously on the island so we always recommend calling businesses ahead of time.
Groceries:
If you do not order prestocking of food for your villa (so worth it), you will need to make an initial trip to one of the major grocery stores as soon as you arrive. Moe's gourmet grocery store (recommended) is on the left after you leave the airport. You'll also see Pueblo with a bright green roof.
Beaches:St Thomas boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Magen's Bay Beach is only 1.5 miles away and can be seen from the villa. The beach is less than a 5 minute drive. Our favorites include Magen's Bay, Sapphire, Coki, Secret Harbour, Morningstar, and casual Hull Bay. There are many others to discover and explore. Watersports, chaise lounge rentals, lunch and refreshments are offered at many beaches.
Day Trips:
Take advantage of our close proximity to the other Virgin Islands. St John is only a 15 minute ferry ride from Red Hook and offers world-famous beaches, snorkeling and hiking. You could take the people or car ferry from Red Hook to Cruz Bay St. John. The British Virgin Islands are also served by a people ferry. The Road Town Fast Ferry leaves out of Charlotte Amalie in the morning and returns in the afternoon (Contact Bouncer's Taxi Service for a tour of Tortola in an open-air taxi 284-443-9861). Ask us for contact information for a private boat tour of the BVIs or other islands. You must have a valid Passport for trips to the BVIs.
Golfing:
Mahogany Run Golf Course is a 5 minute drive from the villa. This 18 hole championship course boasts spectacular views and challenging play. For tee times, rates, and reservations, please call the pro shop at 340-777-6006. Call prior to your trip to check hours and availabiltiy.
